Our 50 minute Chest, Shoulders & Arms training class is designed to help you build upper-body strength, improve muscle tone, and increase overall functional fitness in a motivating and supportive environment. This focused workout targets the major upper-body muscle groups through a combination of strength-training exercises, controlled movements, and endurance-based sets. Whether your goal is to develop strength, improve definition, or enhance everyday performance, this class delivers an effective and challenging workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the class start time for a full refund or credit, as applicable. Clients may also reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the class start time at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class starts are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
